Let's call these hypothetical mechanisms that would facilitate you existing as something which can feel or experience more than once the Methods of Eternity.
These methods are:

Before I detail these possible methods, it is important to understand that even if you don't like the mechanisms described, it does not mean that a possible method for your continued resurgence into existence does not exist or that you have magically solved the issue of Tempus Vitae with regard to singular life.

It is also important to clarify that while I do agree with the core implication of Tempus Vitae, this does not mean that you would have any sort of access or connection to your past lives. As far as I am aware, the experience you are currently having is generated wholly by neuronal activity - not magical forces.
It is important to highlight that even if you don't find any of the methods proposed plausible, it does not mean that a possible method for your continued resurgence into sentience does not exist or that you have solved the issue of [[Tempus Vitae]] with regard to singular life.


The methods I will outline are also not based in metaphysical thinking or spiritual tradition; I have thought about this a great deal from a grounded physics perspective as that approach has explained the world with a much more robust accuracy and efficacy than any other approach in all of human history.
Another important clarification is that none of the methods discussed here would afford you any sort of access or connection to past lives. As far as our existence is currently understood, the experience you are having is generated and sustained by neuronal activity.


So, with those out of the way, let's begin with why many of scientific mind will be hesitant to accept any sort of multi-life scenario: as they see it, in order to live again there must be something transferred from their current body to the next for this to work. This sounds a lot like a soul, there's no evidence for a soul, therefore, they conclude this is not possible.
Even if you could somehow access memories from past lives through some magical force, it is exceedingly likely that you have had far too many (probably infinite) and far too varied lives (probably maximally entropic) for any single motivation, allegiance, or quirk from one previous life to overcome the noise from all others.
